What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC (Canada)

Orders within Canada ship out within 1 to 4 business days after purchase, and shipping times vary depending on selected shipping method. Please note this is ONLY for orders currently in stock (any vintage piece). Our new items are currently available on preorder only and will ship out according to times listed on product page. Please contact us if you have any questions about preorder or made to order new items. There will not be any duties required on Canadian orders.

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

Orders within the USA will ship out within 1 to 4 business days after purchase, and shipping times vary depending on selected shipping method. Please note this is ONLY for orders currently in stock (any vintage piece). Our new items are currently available on preorder only and will ship out according to times listed on product page. Please contact us if you have any questions about preorder or made to order new items. Please note that upon arrival of your package you may be subject to additional duties and/or taxes. This is the responsibility of the buyer and we do not offer refunds on these charges.

INTERNATIONAL

If you are international and plan to place an order, please contact us prior to doing so. We want to reach everyone we can and make sure we provide the best shipping experience possible. As we cannot guarantee shipping times for international orders, please contact us before placing an order.

How long will my preorder take?

First off, thank you for funding our production by placing a preorder. Preorders are placed pre-production and can take anywhere from two to six weeks for production. Our product preorder pages will offer an estimated date of shipment. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any additional questions.

What is your return policy?

If there is something wrong or you just changed your mind, please start by emailing us with your order number and name immediately. We offer refunds for full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 14 days of your item being delivered. We unfortunately at this time cannot refund original shipping costs or return shipping costs, but we are working on it!
